- Mr. Salama practiced law right after his graduation in Egypt until 1993, where he worked on different cases relating to general areas of law. Mr. Salama moved to Kuwait in 1993 and pursued his career as a legal counsel. After many years of legal expertise, he joined the Law Offices of Ms. Suham Ahmed Yaacoub from 1993 until 1995. In 1995, he joined the Law Office of Mr. Muslat Feihan Al-Oteibi until 1995. From 1997 until 2007, he worked for the Law Offices of Mishari Al-Ghazali. He transferred thereafter to the Law Office of Sheikha Hanan Jaber Al-Subah until 2001.

Mr. Khalil worked afterward as legal counsel in an Iraqi Ministry until 1989. Mr. Salama pursued his career as a legal counsel in the Egyptian Health Ministry until 1993. From 1993 to 1996, he became the Director of the Legal Department in Adwaa Al-Naser Company for General Trading and Contracting. He joined the Law Offices of Al-Adala in 1996 wherein he provided legal services until 2001.
Mr. Khalil joined Al-Awadhi Law Firm in 2011 as an administrative Manager for the Local Litigations Department, where he provides counselling for civil, penal, commercial, corporate, finance, and leasing transactions and litigations.
